✔️ خدمة التوصيل متوفرة فلسطين(الضفة الغربية) وجميع مناطق الداخل.

✔️متوفر خدمة التبديل خلال يومين بعد استلام الطلب وقبل مضي ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام،، ارجو التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب الخاص بالمتجر في حال رغبت بالتبديل لأي سبب.

✔️تكون تكلفة خدمة التوصيل على الزبون في حال رغب بالتبديل.

✔️سياسة إلغاء الطلب او عدم الاستلام: تمنع سياسة حلا ستور إلغاء الطلب ولا بأي شكل من الأشكال ولا لأي سبب كان وفي حال الاصرار على إلغاء الطلب فإن حلا ستور يحق له عدم قبول أي طلبات لك في المستقبل او حظرك او اتخاذ أي اجراء مناسب.

Terms and Conditions

Approval of Hala Store’s policies for online shopping is a prerequisite for accepting our customers’ requests, which are:

✔️Delivery service is available in Palestine (West Bank) and all 48 regions.

✔️ The exchange service is available within two days after receiving the order (48 hours after receipt). Please contact us via the store’s WhatsApp if you wish to exchange for any reason.

✔️The cost of the delivery service will be borne by the customer if he wishes to exchange.

✔️ Order cancellation or non-receipt policy: Hala Store’s policy prohibits canceling the order in any way or for any reason. If you insist on canceling the order, Hala Store has the right not to accept any orders from you in the future, block you, or take any appropriate action.
